Cllr Enright was pleased to attend the opening of the new naoiscoil in Castlewellan, especially after recent vandalism at the site.
Cllr Enright, who is a member of the Board of Governors of the Iriish Medium Education school, said “It was pleasing to see the new school opeing on time. The fact that there was a break -in did not prevent the students from being able to avail of this brilliant new facility.”
“It is a credit to the staff and parents of the school, who have worked so hard to get a school in Castlewellan and I am sure it will be a great addition to education in the district.” he concluded.
