• Respected community activists maintain the Marina is a charitable company created for the benefit of the people of Ardglass.

• Some well known local politicians claim that the Marina is a ‘private company’ run by its directors and that the community doesn’t have any say.

• In June 2013 I was asked to investigate this matter. It has been a long and difficult investigation, and my case-file is nearly a foot thick.

I am satisfied that the Marina should be a charity managed and controlled for the benefit of the people of Ardglass. This is my summary report to you.   CLICK HERE FOR THE SUMMARY REPORT
